Our team at Arden Theatre Company has been working extremely hard behind the scenes to bring you a brand new ticketing system, and we’re pleased to let you know that we’ll be able to share it with you very soon.

Scheduled Downtime

In order to make the necessary changes to launch, there will be a short period of downtime beginning Wednesday, August 27 through Thursday, August 28. During this time, you will not be able to purchase tickets, donate, or access your account online; HOWEVER, you can still order tickets and make donations via telephone by calling our box office at 215-922-1122.

We expect the new system to launch on Friday, August 29, and will let you know as soon as it’s live so you can take a look and start booking again.

What is the new ticketing system, named Spektrix?
Spektrix is a leading box office and theatre ticketing software. It is used worldwide and is replacing our AudienceView system. We are confident it will provide an improved user experience for our patrons.

When does Spektrix go live on the Arden’s website?
This new ticketing software will become publicly accessible on Friday, August 29.

What about my account and password?
All accounts, subscriptions, orders, and information created with AudienceView will be transferred to Spektrix. Once you log in for the first time, you’ll be asked to set a new password, or you can utilize Spektrix’s password-free login options. The username associated with your account on Spektrix is the same email you used previously.

Will my personal information be secure in this transition?
Yes. Spektrix acts as a data processor, whereas clients (like Arden Theatre Company) are the data controllers—meaning they will never alter, manipulate, or otherwise interact with your data. Spektrix is certified using the most recent standards for information security management.

Will the new ticketing site be easy to navigate?
Absolutely. Spektrix is designed to be incredibly simple and intuitive. We’re confident that our patrons will enjoy the streamlined process of purchasing with us.

What will happen to my gift certificates?
All gift certificates will remain valid and will be transferred to our new software. Should you have any trouble using them, please contact our Box Office at 215-922-1122 or visit us in person at 40 N. 2nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

How will I be able to access the ticketing site once it’s live?
Same as before, by visiting ardentheatre.org, selecting an upcoming production, and selecting the “Tickets” button.” Or the “My Account” button in the footer.

What changes can I expect to see?
Your new Spektrix account will provide improved features, including:

  • The ability to download and print tickets at home.
  • Improved Apple Wallet and Google Wallet functionality for digital tickets
  • Customizable contact preferences.
  • A more intuitive and robust purchasing experience.
